Mass Conditioning: Electronic Dissolution of Memory 101, or Rather, How Your TV Fucked Up Your Brain

Adolf Hitler summarized a key secret behind his control of the masses when he said "the bigger the lie, the easier it is to swallow." What did he mean by that? He meant that the more a big lie is repeated, the easier it will be for the masses to believe it. Consider the big lies that fall under this heading: we don't know who killed JFK. Big lie. Of course we know-- it was Johnson. The Gulf War syndrome does not exist. Big lie. We know now that it does. Mechanical failure-- not just a big lie, but an unholy mockery of your intelligence.

Even the networks themselves will admit that television has an undeniable potential for abuse to the extent it has to be monitored. They even have a new ratings system to help parents filter out shows they don't want their children to watch. The point is, as it is now adults are manipulated through television even more than children, so it is better not to watch any television at all-- particularly news broadcasts. Why new broadcasts, in particular?

The key is in understanding the nature of the CIA's MK-ULTRA mind control experiments such as Project Artichoke and RHIC-EDOM, or Radio Hypnotic Intracerebral Electronic Dissolution of Memory. The former, first applied in the fiasco at the Bay of Pigs, involved the programming of assassins with LSD and post-hypnotic suggestions so they could kill but then forget who sent them, and why; even under extreme torture. If this seems like science fiction, wake up.

Charles Manson, hoping to start a race war, used the exact same formula to program a Family of murderers in 1969. The post-hypnotic suggestions Manson planted were triggered with music-- Beatles music. That's why references to Beatles tunes, particularly "Helter Skelter" from their White Album, were found written on the wall in one victim's blood. This was the trigger mechanism.

The latter experiments, RHIC-EDOM, involved broadcast hypnosis to achieve the same objective-- but through the use of radio and television to implant post-hypnotic suggestions in prescreened individuals; particularly those rating Grade 5 on the Hypnotic Induction scale used to select the programmed assassin. In the latter case, a slight modification of the basic principles involved can be applied to an entire demographic group. The tell-tale sign of such a psychological operation is an undue repetition of negative imagery designed to polarize by race, sex, or religion. And some 20% of the population is vulnerable to the implantation of false memories, and the dissolution of real ones (Los Angeles Times, February 16, 1997, pg. A28 "Psychologists Say Adults Can Adopt Fake Memories as Real"). One in five people is hypnotically susceptible.

It's ironic that there is no rating system that monitors or demands objectivity and accuracy in television news reporting; which is really the only screening that would be of any value to Americans. Again, the implantation of false memories and the dissolution of actual memories relies mostly on exposure to long-term repetition of negative audio-visual imagery. The mind is 5-6 times more likely to recall a negative image than a positive one.
